Booking & Retainer Policy
To secure your event date and rental items, a non-refundable retainer fee of [25%–50%] of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Non-Refundable: The retainer fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling, as we reserve items and schedule staff based on your booking.
2. Payment Deadline: The retainer must be paid within 14 days of receiving your invoice or quote. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event date. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the retainer fee.
4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. The original retainer will be transferred only if the new event date falls within 3 months of the original event date.
5. Confirmation: Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the retainer is received and you have signed our rental agreement.
Disclaimer & Rental Terms
1. Safety: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, it is the responsibility of the renter to supervise guests, especially children, during the rental period.
2. Damage: The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the rental equipment during the rental period. Please handle the equipment with care and report any damages immediately.
3. Weather: Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., rain, strong winds), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the rental at our discretion for safety reasons.
4. Allergies: We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Renters with allergies should take necessary precautions and inform us in advance of any specific concerns.
5. Liability: Fantasy Fiesta Co. shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during the rental period.
6. Terms of Service: By renting our equipment, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy and our rental agreement.
7. Reservation: Rentals are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date and time.
